Scope an idea up to ready, or break it into tasks.
What it does
Three sub-modes over one project: refine its notes and references, scope a raw idea until it is genuinely startable, or decompose a scoped project into tasks. Promotion from idea to ready always needs your explicit say-so — the skill will not quietly decide something is ready.
When to reach for it
When a project row exists but you could not start it tomorrow without thinking first.
It's working if
- It tells you a project is not ready yet, and names the specific unknown that is blocking it.
- The tasks it writes are ones you could check off, not headings you would have to interpret first.
- References it digs up land on the project itself, not in the conversation that produced them.
